Who we are
Secure Home Partners is a website that connects homeowners with licensed home security installers, and a referral program for local businesses. Secure Home Partners is operated by Mavaos, LLC, 90 Chestnut St., Lynnfield, MA 01940 (“we”, “us”). We are an independent referral service and are not a home security provider. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and by phone, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a call back, you give us your name, phone number, email address, zip code, whether you own your home, the best time to reach you and any referral code. When you apply to our referral partner program, you give us your business name and type, your name and role, work email, phone number, business zip code and an estimate of how many customers you serve. When you call us, we receive your phone number and information about the call, such as its time and length. Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality and to confirm consent. Consent records. When you submit a form, we keep a record of the consent you gave, the exact consent wording shown to you, the date and time, and the page you were on. We may use a service such as TrustedForm to independently record and certify your form session.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, the website or ad that sent you here, and tracking parameters in the page address (such as utm tags and ad click IDs). We use call tracking technology that may show you a unique phone number so we can tell which ad or page led to your call. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.
How we use information
- Connect you with licensed home security providers, including the companies listed on our marketing partners page that serve your area, by phone transfer or call back.
- Contact you about home security products and services, if you agreed to that.
- Run our referral partner program, including tracking referrals and paying partners.
- Keep records of consent and comply with laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
- Prevent fraud, protect our rights and respond to legal requests.
Your choices and rights
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out, email info@mavaos.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request for that browser.
Calls and texts. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. To stop calls, tell the caller or email info@mavaos.com. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of buying anything.
Your state privacy rights. Depending on where you live (for example California, Texas, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, email info@mavaos.com. We will verify your request using information you have given us. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as call tracking, may not work as well without them.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to keep consent records and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. [CONFIRM retention period, e.g. 5 years for consent records.]
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
